Thai Bodywork

I received a Thai massage certification in 2019 from Synergy Yoga (Francisco Morales Bermúdez), and it has been crucial to how I have been able to connect with people.

I'm currently in my second semester of massage school and expect to have my license by Fall 2026.

Workshops

I like to teach people not only how to touch each other with nurturance, but especially how to be better givers and receivers in general. I currently run free workshops at Club Era.

I have an unfinished YTT 200 certification. for now, I feel competent to lead a beginner to intermediate yoga class. I'll finish my homework on day 💜 I just have a few more observations (easy) and a 5-part series for the public (also easy!)
