I'm currently in my second semester of massage school and expect to have my license by July 2026.

I received a Thai massage certification in 2019 from Francisco Morales Bermúdez of Synergy Yoga. It has been crucial to how I have been able to connect with people.

The Art of Receiving and Giving: The Wheel of Consent has informed much of how I give, receive, move through the world, and perceive my inner world.

In 2026, I graduated from Durham Tech's massage therapy program , passed the state licensing exam, and received my massage therapy license in North Carolina (#123456). The experience greatly deepened and clarified my practice of massage.

I have an unfinished YTT 200 certification. for now, I feel competent to lead a beginner to intermediate yoga class. I'll finish my homework on day 💜 I just have a few more observations (easy) and a 5-part series for the public (also easy!)
